Shipping Options

We offer domestic delivery services with *UPS and the US Postal Service (USPS).  Ground shipments are normally sent UPS Ground with tracking and insurance included.  USPS shipments are sent USPS Priority with delivery confirmation included.  Some smaller packages may be sent via USPS First Class.

Sorry, no COD's or local pickup

*Due to size and weight,  larger items ship UPS Ground to addresses within the continental US only.

  • UPS cannot deliver to post-office boxes or APO/FPO addresses.  You must provide a street address (within the continental US) and contact phone number to insure prompt delivery. jeanzbeanz will not be responsible for misdirected packages due to faulty address information.
  • When your package ships with UPS, you will receive a shipping notification e-mail with a tracking number and tracking link. You will be able to use that number to track your package at www.UPS.com .  Package tracking is NOT available for USPS packages.

Free Shipping

When offered, free shipping applies only to packages delivered within the continental United States.

Delivery Times

Orders ship out within 5-7 business days of payment received (sometimes faster, sometimes a little longer -especially during holidays).  If an item goes out of stock after your order is placed, you will have the option of waiting for the item or a refund for that item and any applicable shipping costs.  If the item is discontinued or will not be back in stock for 30 days or more, a complete refund will be issued.

Packages are shipped from Southlake, Texas (that's near Dallas, y'all). 

Return Policy

PLEASE INSPECT ALL ITEMS UPON RECEIPT AND NOTIFY US OF ANY PROBLEMS! JEANZBEANZ WILL NOT REFUND OR REPLACE AFTER 14 DAYS
 

Unused merchandise in original packaging and in original condition can be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days of customer’s receipt of order.  Shipping costs are non-refundable. See below for policies on defective and/or damaged goods.

Please follow the instructions below for ALL returns:

1. Contact customer service at jeanne@jeanzbeanz.com to obtain return approval. Packages received without return approval will be refused and returned to sender.
2. Return items must be shipped via insured US Mail or the traceable Parcel Carrier of your choice (such as UPS or FedEx). CODs will not be accepted.
3. jeanzbeanz is not responsible for any return packages lost or damaged by the carrier.
4. Send the package to:

5. Keep a record of your shipment until you have received a refund or replacement.

NEW! PLEASE NOTE: AS OF 12/01/2008, WE WILL INSTITUTE A 15% RESTOCK FEE ON RETURNED ITEMS.
 

Damaged and/or Defective Products

Please notify jeanzbeanz of any problems:  jeanne@jeanzbeanz.com, or call (817)705-8387 within 14 days of receipt of order. Items shipped in error or received damaged will be replaced or refunded immediately.  If item is damaged, please keep the item and all packaging for inspection by carrier and a claim will be filed. All claims are handled by jeanzbeanz
